Tom Young

Managing Partner

Tom Young is one of the founding partners of Madison Insurance Group which opened its doors in June 1995. Tom became the sole owner in April 2008. Tom’s first career was in commercial banking eventually becoming president of a local bank. His goal is to provide honesty and integrity to all of Madison Insurance Group’s clients by providing the best possible products at a competitive price. Tom stresses that all Madison employees strive to build a long term relationship with our clients by providing outstanding service that sets us apart from our competition.

Tom focuses on and enjoys working with larger Colorado businesses that manufacture, warehouse, and transport their own products. In addition to the larger companies, he also spends much of his time insuring over the road truckers and providing professional liability for churches.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys chasing his grandchildren, elusive trout, and errant golf balls. He previously coached youth sports for over 30 years. Most recently, Tom coached basketball at Bishop Machebeuf and Denver Christian High School, as well as baseball at Regis Jesuit High School.

Craig Allegrezza

Managing Partner

Craig Allegrezza has been an independent insurance agent for just over 25 years and specializes in Commercial Property and Liability Insurance. Craig has been with Madison Insurance Group since 2002 and is currently one of the partners. His true expertise is working closely with businesses to find a customized insurance plan that includes the proper coverage for their operations.

In his spare time, Craig spends time working out and plays the saxophone in his own jazz band. Craig lives in Denver with his wife Shawn and has a son, Benjamin and a daughter, Isabella.

Dennis Driscoll

Agent / Producer

Dennis spent a number of years owning and operating several small businesses before joining Madison Insurance Group in 2001.

That experience along with over 95 years of combined agency insurance expertise provides an invaluable resource for clients. The net result is identifying business risks that can and should be insured at the lowest possible costs. He has provided insurance for cleaning and laundry services, commercial real estate primarily offices, distributors and restaurants among others.

A Chicago area native, Dennis graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He and his wife Gale live in Littleton and have three grown children living in the Denver Area.

Aaron Beckman

Agent / Producer

Aaron graduated from the University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota. While in college, Aaron paid his way through school working for a national marketing company as a sales representative. He earned numerous awards and was elevated quickly in the company, eventually running his own branch office. Following graduation, Aaron worked in the life insurance industry as an administrative assistant. This experience helped him understand the importance of insurance and inspired him to move into a producer role at Madison where he helps customers protect their families and businesses.

Aaron is a Colorado native and avid sports fan. In his free time, you will find him playing or watching basketball, reading a good book, or exploring Colorado with his wife, Paulina. He feels immensely grateful to be a part of helping others and giving back to the Denver community.

Hank Grey

Benefits Agent

Hank Grey, the Employee Benefit Department Manager, is a Denver native and has been in the insurance business since 1982. Hank has been a life insurance and benefit specialist his entire career and has been with the Madison Insurance Group since it’s inception in 1995. For both commercial and individual customers, Hank provides medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. Hank’s goal is to find the perfect product fit for the client and follow it up with exceptional service. As an agent, Hank has the ability to shop for the highest quality products at the best possible price.

Hank is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is an avid cyclist, skier, and mountaineer. Hank has climbed all of the peaks over 14,000 feet in the state of Colorado.

Murray DeLine

Managing Partner

Murray’s career began as a Colorado Insurance Agent working for the Principal Financial Group after graduating from the University of San Diego. His love of Colorado brought him back home to his third generation roots. Before joining Madison Insurance Group in 2006, he owned his own agency for 10 years. Murray has specialized in working with Denver small business owners and individuals helping them to understand the importance of their insurance. Whether you need a General Liability, Property Insurance, Home & Auto, Professional Liability, Technology, Errors & Omissions or Workers’ Compensation policy and you love to learn – then Murray is your guy. He is the educator. He believes the more the client knows, the more informed decisions his clients can make.

Murray married his college sweetheart, and together are raising their 3 children. Over the years, Murray has enjoyed coaching their sports. He stays active by cycling, playing tennis, skiing, and when time allows, playing a round of golf. If you are looking for a friendly game of ping pong, give him a call.

Dan Young

Managing Partner

Dan Young graduated from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas and started his career in insurance as a claim adjuster. Before joining Madison Insurance Group, Dan handled liability and auto claims for several years. He enjoys working with customers that manufacture products as well as commercial real estate owners. His background in claims helps him educate his customers on how their policy responds in the event of an accident.

Dan is married to his wife Alex and they love spending time with their kids. Dan enjoys all that Colorado has to offer, including fishing, golfing, and skiing. Dan is also a high school basketball coach and enjoys working with young people.

Shanna Jamsay

Agent / Producer

Shanna Jamsay graduated from Regis University and started her insurance career in 1997 at Madison Insurance Group. She worked for the agency for 5 years, then got married and moved to Greeley, CO where she continued to pursue her insurance career. She specialized in commercial insurance ranging from mid to large size companies. Shanna is now back at Madison Insurance Group and views her career as an insurance consultant to her clients. Anyone can sell on price, but her goal is to be sure her clients know what their insurance program covers and that it’s covered properly.

Shanna is married to her husband Jim and they are raising three beautiful children. Shanna enjoys the outdoors with her family in activities such as camping, hiking and fishing. She also has a passion for running and enjoys half and full marathons.

Spencer Grey

Benefits Agent

Spencer Grey is a Colorado native and an employee benefits advisor that began working in the insurance industry in 2011 following college. He focuses on helping companies obtain the best possible employee benefits packages available. Additionally, he is our Medicare expert who helps our clients navigate the complicated maze that is Medicare. Lastly, Spencer is excellent at helping our clients with their life insurance and annuity needs. He is licensed with multiple carriers and will always find the right product at the right price.

Spencer is a graduate of Regis Jesuit High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder. He spends his free time skiing, golfing, running or playing tennis.
